How to use
- Add one drop at a time to a brush until it is just saturated.
- Pick up eyeshadow or loose pigment and apply.
- Keep eyes open until fully dry.
Remove with a waterproof makeup remover. Clean brushes straight after use so they don't harden.

1. Shipping Destinations
GlowAura currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates and selected Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
- United Arab Emirates: All Emirates.
- Saudi Arabia: Selected serviceable locations.
- Qatar: Selected serviceable locations.
- Oman: Selected serviceable locations.
- Bahrain: Selected serviceable locations.
- Kuwait: Selected serviceable locations.
Availability may vary depending on the delivery address, courier coverage, and applicable shipping restrictions. If a location cannot be served, our team will contact the customer where possible.
2. Shipping Charges
United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Enjoy free standard shipping across the UAE. No standard delivery fee will be charged for eligible orders delivered to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah.
Other GCC Countries
A flat standard shipping fee of AED 60 per order applies to eligible deliveries to the following Gulf countries:
- Saudi Arabia
- Qatar
- Oman
- Bahrain
- Kuwait
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment. Additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, if applicable, may be charged separately by the destination country.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or confirmation of the selected payment method, where applicable. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and handover to the delivery partner.
Order processing generally takes 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Business days exclude public holidays and any non-operating days observed by GlowAura or its delivery partners.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
UAE Deliveries
Standard deliveries within the UAE are estimated to arrive within 1–3 business days after order processing.
Other GCC Deliveries
Deliveries to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after order processing.
These delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, customers may receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout.
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched. Customers can use these details to follow the shipment's progress.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch. If tracking details are unavailable or an order appears delayed, please contact our customer support team with the order number.
6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the AED 60 standard shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility. GlowAura cannot determine the exact charges in advance, as they depend on the destination country's rules and the shipment details.
Customs authorities may inspect or hold shipments for clearance. Such inspections may extend delivery times.
7. Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name, phone number, building or street details, city, and any other information required by the courier.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, additional charges, or return of the shipment. Please contact GlowAura as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been dispatched.
8. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Orders
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and that the provided contact number is reachable. Couriers may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the shipment is refused, the courier may arrange another attempt or return the order according to its procedures.
Any additional delivery or return charges will be handled in accordance with the circumstances and applicable courier terms. GlowAura will communicate with the customer where appropriate.
9. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact GlowAura with your order number so that the shipment can be investigated with the delivery partner.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please retain the packaging and take clear photographs of the parcel and affected items. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
We will work with the relevant delivery partner to investigate reported lost or damaged shipments and communicate the next steps in accordance with our applicable policies and legal obligations.
10. Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact GlowAura as soon as possible and provide your order number. Requests can only be accommodated where the order has not progressed beyond the stage at which the change or cancellation is possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible. Any approved cancellation, return, or refund will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies.
11. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as severe weather, public holidays, customs inspections, transport disruptions, courier service interruptions, or government restrictions. In these situations, delivery may take longer than estimated.
GlowAura will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery enquiries, but estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed in these circumstances.

Returns and cancellations
Return eligibility depends on the items in your order.
Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging or as otherwise indicated in the return instructions. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.
You may request a return within 3 days after your item is delivered.
We will provide a return shipping label. A return shipping fee of AED20.00 will be deducted from your refund.
You can request cancellation or removal of items from your order for 15 minutes after the order is placed.
